I don’t see the product I’m looking for; does that mean you don’t carry it?
Not necessarily… We may have it in stock and it is not yet on our website. If the product you are looking for is not online, call us at (520)495-0391 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not have what you are looking for at our warehouse we will immediately contact our suppliers and can often get one to you within your timeframe. By the way, if you know you will need some equipment or products in the future, let us know and we will make sure to have it for you when you need it.
What is the current available quantity for an online item?
Because we are an overstock and liquidator supplier, our quantities vary. Send us an email to email@example.com or call us at (520)495-0391, we would be more than happy to let you know the exact inventory count at our warehouse and can likely also tell you the available stock we have outside of our warehouse inventory.
Why do some products not have a price?
We will sometimes omit the price of some of our products because our inventory supply is varied and dynamic and we cannot place a set price. What is expiration date or shelf life of a product?
At Zgrum, we carry both In-date and expired disposables (for training, research and educational purposes only) to meet our client needs. The dates on all of these products vary. We would be happy to give you a quick answer if you email us at email@example.com or call us at (520)495-0391.
Are disposables in their original package?
All sold disposables are in their original packaging. We are pleased to have both individual and boxed disposables to serve your needs.
Have these instruments been reprocessed or do you reprocess instruments?
No, we do not sell reprocessed equipment/instruments nor do we reprocess equipment/instruments. All of our disposables are sold as in date or expired (for training, research and educational purposes only).

For refurbished flexible endoscopes, Can you tell me how many completed procedures a specific refurbished flexible endoscope has undergone?

Where can I find the year the equipment was manufactured?
Our equipment/instruments are refurbished and therefore cannot always determine the year of manufacture. Nonetheless, it is always best to contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone (520)495-0391 to inquire.
How many broken fibers or black dots does a fiberscope have?

Do you export to other countries outside the USA?

How long does it take for an order to arrive? What is the time of delivery?
Orders can be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEX, or DHL. Depending on shipping venue and method, we can customize to meet your needs. If you prefer to use your own carrier we can work with that as well. We will quote you an arrival date and time and follow up with you to make sure the package arrived safely and securely.
General Warranty and Return Policy Questions
What does the warranty cover?
Warranties are for manufacturer’s defect and inability to use the particular instrument as it was intended. Each medical product has specific warranties. Please call us at (520) 495-0391 or write us at email@example.com for more details. Endoscopes repaired by Zgrum Medical do come with a one year warranty.
Please note that warranties do not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions as stipulated by the manufacturer, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for a warranty defect by anyone other than Zgrum Medical.
How do I return an item?
Please call or write us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with all the details on returning the item. We cannot accept returns without this Zgrum Medical RMA number. Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for all shipping charges including taxes and duties to and from our facility.
