  2. Is Zgrum Medical able to continue to have a particular item in stock? For previously sold items that are no longer online, you can contact us to know if we still carry it. Many times we are able to obtain specific items and quantities upon request.
  3. What is the current available quantity for an online item? For available quantities please email us at sales@zgrum.com or call us at (520)495-0391, we would be more than happy to assist you.
  4. What is the price for an online product? Some online products have pricing, for those that don’t contact us. A lot of our non-priced items may have a promotion that we may be able extend to you.

  1. Is the battery included with the power tool hand pieces? No, all attachments are sold separately.
  2. How do I know if a power tool is new, used, refurbished, or as is? It will depend on the individual power tool. If you email us at sales@zgrum.com or call us at (520)495-0391 we can serve you better and provide requested information.


  • Do you export to other countries outside the USA? Yes, we are able to ship our products most countries in Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. For shipping quotes please contact sales@zgrum.com
  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on the item purchased and where the item or order is shipped to.  To obtain a shipping quote, please email us at sales@zgrum.com.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive? What is the time of delivery? It depends on what shipping method the order goes and where the order is being shipped to. Orders can be shipping using USPS, UPS, FedEX, or DHL.  You can also use your carrier to have the items picked up and shipped directly to you.

General Warranty and Return Policy Questions

  • What does the warranty cover? Warranties are for manufacturer's defect and the inability to use the particular instrument as it was intended. Each medical product has specific warranties.  Please call us at (520) 495-0391 or write us at sales@zgrum.com for more details.
    • Please note that warranties do not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or used in violation of operating instructions as stipulated by the manufacturer, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for a warranty defect by anyone other than Zgrum Medical.
  • How do I return an item? Please call or write us to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number with all the details on returning the item. We cannot accept returns without this RMA number provided by Zgrum Medical. Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for all shipping charges including taxes and duties to and from our facility.
